1. Introduction

Welcome to Rizq Virtual School (RVS), operated by RIZQ Educare Sdn. Bhd. (“RVS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (rvs.education), our online learning portal, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website, registering for a program, or using our Services, you (“user,” “parent,” “guardian,” or “student”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility and Registration

  • Our Services are intended for Preschool and Primary 1–6 students, registered through a parent or legal guardian.
  • The parent/guardian registering a child confirms that they have the legal authority to enrol the child and provide accurate, complete information during registration.
  • RVS reserves the right to accept or reject any registration at its sole discretion, including where information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or where enrolment capacity has been reached.
  • Each registered account (login credentials) is intended for use by the registered parent/guardian and their child only, and must not be shared with unauthorized parties.

3. Fees and Payment

  • Applicable registration and tuition fees will be communicated at the point of enrolment.
  • Payment must be made through the payment methods specified by RVS. Fees are generally non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy or at RVS’s discretion.
  • RVS reserves the right to revise fees for future terms/intakes, with reasonable prior notice to registered parents/guardians.
  • Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services, including the Digital Library and class materials.

4. Access to Digital Library and Online Content

  • Upon successful registration and payment, students will be granted access to grade-appropriate content within our Digital Library, based on their enrolled level (e.g., Primary 4 students will have access to Primary 4 content only).
  • Access credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing login details with unregistered individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
  • Content within the Digital Library, including but not limited to text, videos, worksheets, and assessments, is provided solely for the personal educational use of the registered student and may not be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on rvs.education and within our Digital Library — including logos, text, graphics, course materials, videos, and software — is the property of RIZQ Educare Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
  • No part of the Services may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used to create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, portal, or another user’s account
  • Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the website or Services
  • Misrepresent their identity or affiliation

RVS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these conditions.

7. Parental Responsibility

Parents/guardians are responsible for:

  • Supervising their child’s use of the Services, particularly for younger students (e.g., Preschool and Primary 1–2)
  • Ensuring the accuracy of information provided during registration and keeping contact details up to date
  • Monitoring their child’s engagement with online content in accordance with their own household guidelines

8. Limitation of Liability

  • RVS makes reasonable efforts to ensure the website and Services are available, accurate, and free of errors, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, RIZQ Educare Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our Services, including but not limited to technical disruptions, data loss, or third-party service outages.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., payment gateways, partner organizations). RVS is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party sites. Use of any third-party service is at your own discretion and risk.

10. Termination

RVS reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student’s enrolment or access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, in cases including but not limited to:

  • Non-payment of fees
  • Breach of these Terms
  • Conduct deemed harmful to the school community or its operations

Parents/guardians may also request withdrawal from the program by notifying RVS in writing, subject to our applicable withdrawal and refund policies.

11. Amendments to These Terms

RVS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
